Hotel Metro - Budapest

Rooms are clean and spacious with working air-conditioning. Unfortunately, the early check-out at 10 am is inconvenient.

Very well connected to all kind of means of transportation and close to many attractions. Excellent conditions for the room and breakfast. Very helpful staff who provided us with information and all kind of brochures.

The area can get a little shabby at night when all the bums gather around the subway/train station, possibly avoid the area if travelling by oneself...

Hotel staff was really nice: everybody smiled and were very helpful. Also the location of the hotel is very comfortable - close enough to the main sights of the city.

Well, the worst thing is that there was boiling hot in the room. We couldn't even sleep sometimes.There was a tabletop fan, but it didn't save the situation. So during the summer time it could be a big problem.

Positive, The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the West Railway station. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the fridge for cold drinks. Free Wi-Fi was fast for streaming, and I loved having control over the air conditioning.

The breakfast room is a quite small, with a few tables. Each morning we had to wait for 15 minutes to have breakfast because every table was taken

Friendly staff, WiFi internet connection, fine breakfast, good position for walk trip to midtown, near Metro station.

Air condition absent on the rooms. In summer may be problem with high temperature.

The recently updated Standard Single Room wasnice and neat. The friendly staff made check-in easy. Be sure to grab your tram tickets ahead of time to avoid last-minute hassle. Perfect for exploring Budapest's attractions without the stress of heavy luggage.

centrally located, close to nyugati palyaudvur train station, which has a direct connection to airport. riverside and old town are close by. Free Wi-fi and breakfast!

The inconsistent cleaning standards left dust under the beds!!! A lack of toiletries and limited reception hours were frustrating aspects!!! The heating system was also not efficient. It would help to address these issues promptly!!!

The location is near the Parliament. Wi-fi was working good.

It was dirty in the room,there was hair on the floor. The soap was mixed with the water. It was very disguasting smell in the 0 floor and near the hotel.The breakfast is continental and not tasty, I could eat only bread. The coffee was awful. The pillows was too hard.No parking.

In hot weather the room can get pretty hot. At least the window can be opened for the night and the street is quite quiet.

Amazing location, very quite area, adjacent to the main attractions as well as a great food court. Besides, easy to get to a shopping mall...

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Reception staff were genuinely helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in . The room was spacious and well-lit, with a clean bathroom that had modern amenities. Located on a quiet street, it was just a short walk from shopping and dining options. Some furnishings felt slightly dated, and the warm weather made regulating the temperature a bit challenging despite the availability of a fan.

Close to one of the main railway station and other transport links

Location central and good for airport access via Nyugati staion.

Breakfast ample but slightly lacking variety. Breakfast room limited for seating.
